Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submit Resume - they followed up with a brief call explaining what Prudential Capital Group does, and they asked if you were still interested in pursuing the position.
They then invited the candidates (4) into their Dallas office for lunch. All the candidates, two associates, and two MDs we're all present. It was an informal lunch where you were able to get a feel for the group and what the culture was like.
Later that week there were one on one interviews with a different associate.
