Very slow process, with little correspondence and follow up between office visits/interviews. All of the people along the way were very nice. Reached out to me from my application through my school's recruiting office. Had to take an online aptitude test, then upon successful completion was invited to the office for a more in depth aptitude test. Then, when the recruiting department received my scores, I was invited to have a 1-on-1 meeting/interview with the MD.
