PGIM Investment Operations Summer Internship

I applied for the position and completed a personality assessment which mostly consisted of ethics questions. I also had to complete a standard Hirevue interview which took the place of my first round interview.

A few weeks after, I received an email from a recruiter asking me to come to their Newark Office to interview for their super day. They were very accommodating but seemed rather disorganized through the recruitment process. Their interviews were short and sweet. I had 1-on-1 interviews with three managers within the firm. They were mostly behavioral questions and just wanted to see why you interviewed for operations, Prudential, and if you could work well individually/on a team. Nothing out of the ordinary. They also asked me two very basic accounting questions about the financial statements.
