What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Starts with a school interview. If they like you, they invite you to super day in Chicago. They fly in all the intern candidates into the Chicago office as well as Director's from all the major regional offices. You have six interviews and rotate every 30 minutes. Some brain teasers, mostly run through resume, some fit questions. At the end, you rank your choices of what city you'd want to work in. They make decisions in 1-2 weeks.
