Real Estate Investment Analyst

I applied to the position through my school's career website. It was a quick process, I received an invitation to interview a few days later and had the on campus interview about a week afterwards. The interview was all behavioral with a few real estate questions tossed in about the general state of the real estate market and what some trends were. I think that if you prepare well for behavioral questions, the interviews should be a breeze.

My general perception of the workplace is that its somewhat disorganized. I asked my interviewers about the rest of the process and they both said they weren't sure and HR would get back to me on whether or not they were doing Superdays this year.
