1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had two back-to-back 45 minute interviews on campus (small LAC in NE). Typical fit questions, lots of "tell me a time when..." and a market question or two. They left lots of time for me to ask questions. Felt fairly good about it. The guys were nice, and HR lady was friendly.
