Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was a well structured half day of interviewing where I and a few other candidates met with a partner for brief introduction to PWC advisory, got a presentation about the trainee program and then proceeded with a series of formal interviews focused on personality, career ambitions, experiences and cultural fit, and some informal interviewing in the breaks, so it was an intense half day. We had also been asked to prepare a brief (10 minute) presentation. One formal interview was with representatives from advisory (management consulting) and another with deals (M&A advisory). There was not much focus on cases, and only small parts of interviews were spent on case-questions. I did not get an offer, with main reason cited that they were looking for people with a clearer leadership profile and drive to lead people.
