Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First stage was submitting a CV and cover letter, along with answers to generic questions to gauge personality. This stage was quite time consuming, and seemed pointless.
Second step was psychometric testing, half literacy and half quantitative.
Final step was an interview with a partner and someone from HR. Interview was based around asking resume questions, and was 100% behavioural - no technical questions was quite surprising. Ended with a tour of the office.
Offer was made 2 days after the interview.
