What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First. Send e-mail online. Screening process takes couple weeks. If successful you receive a phone call from HR to appoint test date. Tests consists of 1) Math 2) Accounting 3) English language test. If successful then next round is interview with group of managers/senior managers.
Second. Interview with managers/senior managers. CV questions. Questions on personality. Situational questions. Basic accounting questions. All together takes about 30 minutes. I had a group of 6-7 managers.
Third. If successful on second round expect a short interview with a partner. Easy. General questions on your education/experience/skills.
