Structured interview consisting of behavioral questions from 5 perspectives. 2 of them being global acumen and technical skills. The interviewer mainly asked questions from a list and also some follow up questions. A sample question would be to describe an experience when you get through a series of obstacles and stick to your idea. There were only a few questions about the resume. I actually expected the interview to be more comprehensive and flexible.
