Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was referred by an employee of the firm and the HR reached out to schedule the interviews which lasted around 4-6 weeks depending on the availability of the interviewers. The hiring process was done in 6 rounds - 2 Telephonic rounds, 1 Case study presentation, 1 face to face round with Director, 1 Telephonic round with Partner and 1 Telephonic round with Managing Director. The offer was made a week after the rounds were conducted and negotiations lasted for 2 weeks in total. The skills which were tested were analytical, behavioral, presentation, critical thinking and communication. The people seemed detailed oriented and office culture seemed inviting.
