Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was lucky to get a referral through a personal friend who I had met through a sport social club. This helped a lot. I was referred for a job that I normally wouldn't be qualified for as the job description on LinkedIn require more experience than I had. It started off with one in person meeting with my friend just to get a better understanding of what my goals were. Then I had a virtual interview with two members of the team I was likely to join, one was a partner and one was a manager. Then I was asked to do another in person interview with this partner that I had just met in the online interview and following that I was asked to do a 30 minute presentation on a fake company given a scenario. Throughout the process there was no fixed format in terms of answering questions with regards to behavioural and technical it was just very fluid.
