Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviewed through my university initially (this is in Australia). 1st round was resume check done by uni, 2nd round was personality and IQ testing. Then there was a digital interview. Finally, there was a 1 on 1 interview with a manager, during which there was a skills test. Background check was done after final round.
