Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Submitted resume on college handshake. During the career fair period, someone from the firm reached out to me for a virtual coffee chat about my resume and asked me what position I wanted. I selected one and was matched with 2 people from the practice. 1st interview was a case study, the second was a behavioral with a partner.
