Very friendly HR and interviewers. First stage was the phone interview. Second stage consisted of preparing a presentation about the consulting industry (3 days given to prepare). Had to present this presentation to HR head and questions were asked after the presentation. Passed this stage and they called me to tell I made it through to the assessment centre the next morning which had about 15 people participating.
