The entire process is two rounds. First round of the interview is over the phone. General behavioural and fit questions are asked by a manager within the consulting group (could be any practice area). Questions are not specific to any particular discipline or industry. There is no case at this first stage. The second round is a day long series of assessments at the PwC Tower. There are 4 assessments given to candidates. Candidates are invited to second round interviews in groups (ie. 15 candidates on one day and 15 on another day). Throughout the day a candidate will have a partner interview, do a logical reasoning test, do a group case, and do an individual written case. The group case is timed at 45 minutes. The written case is timed at 30 minutes and the logical reasoning test is timed at 30 minutes. There are many breaks given throughout the day and chances to network with PwC consultants.
