Interview Details
Second (and last) round, on-site: 2 days before they emailed out an overview of a company and its problem. You had to read it, and could make some notes on it if you wanted. The morning of the interview, they sat us all in a large room, gave us each a packet with 10 blank "slides" and a couple of guiding questions, and we had to, within 45 minutes, create a presentation addressing the client's issues.
This was followed by 2 behavioral interviews (one was very conversational and laid-back, the other more formal and by-the-book, at least for me), and then a 1-on-1 presentation of the slides I created in the morning. The person from the case presentation also gave me feedback (very positive) after I was done.
A couple of days later, got the call about being accepted. The offer went out a few days later.
