on campus recruiting followed my phone interview and office visit. The on campus recruiting just entailed describing yourself, why you are interested in the Company and learning more about the Company. This is done strictly with recruiters and some alumni of the University that work for the Firm. The phone interview was all fit and the questions mimicked the on campus recruiting. The office interview consisted of speaking to a partner and a manger about the Firm. All the questions were fit except for a few questions listed below.
