Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with on campus recruiting at the beginning of my sophomore year. Most students obtained internships after our Junior year but I didn't apply due to the lack of credit hours needed to sit for the CPA exam. First interview my senior year was on campus with an alumni who had been a partner at the firm for over 15 years. After that, I was called in for an in-office interview, where I had three separate thirty minute interviews with a partner and two senior managers.
