Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied early in the school year online through their website before the deadline and received an invitation to two back-to-back 30-minute virtual interviews. The interview consisted of your regular small talk and introductions in the beginning, followed by behavioural questions, and resume questions lasting about 10-15 minutes. When they finish, you get the chance to ask whatever questions you may have. In my case, I found asking about the "new equation" and other things which demonstrate you researched the firm besides "oh it's a big 4" pretty valuable and it even pushed my interview a bit late until my interviewer had to leave for another time commitment. I received a call a few days later after they interviewed some other candidates and received a virtual interview, followed by the email a few days later which I then accepted. During the interview process, one thing that really calmed my nerves and I found really unique was 10 minutes before the start, you get to chance to meet with a "host" in the group you are interning for and get the chance to ask questions relevant to the position, which you can further use to indicate your interest in the position. People wise, everyone was really nice and responsive to whatever inquiries I had following receiving my offer.
