Assurance Intern - PwC

Director at the firm forwarded my resume to HR. Had phone interview; asked me questions about graduation date, if I will be attending grad school, when do I plan to have CPA, if I have any volunteer experience. Two weeks later had a 30 minute interview with a Senior Manager, all behavioral based; tell me about yourself, why PwC, why Assurance and we mainly spoke about general things like involvement on campus and I asked a few questions. Interview was a little under 30 minutes.

Two weeks later was invited for a SuperDay in their NYC office. SuperDay consisted of a breakfast social with recruiters and other candidates followed by a panel discussion with three PwC employees; Associate, Sn Associate, Partner. (Make sure to ask a question during panel; you will stand out). After panel had a PwC Associate as an ambassador take me to three interviews:
Partner: very conversational, we almost didn't get around to my resume. We spoke about her experience at the firm I spoke a little about myself, we spoke about sports. Spent about 10 minutes on my resume at the end.
HR Manager: behavioral based; tell me about a time where you worked on a team and things did not turn out well and tell me about a time when you worked in a team and things turned out well.
Associate: behavioral like HR interview but also a little more technical, specific questions about my experience on my resume and was asked why PwC, why Assurance.

Lastly, SuperDay ended with dinner with your PwC Ambassador and other candidates. Partner called me the same day with an offer.
