Audit Associate

The first step was submitting a resume through my university's career website. If selected, there were first round interviews on-campus with two different managers/partners. There was also a pre-interview reception where all candidates met with staff and managers of the company. The next step was an office visit and interview. The office interviews consisted of an interview with a partner and a HR personnel. All of the interviews were behavioral with normal questions such as walk me through your resume, a time you worked in a group, strengths/weaknesses, etc.
