Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had OCR events throughout the summer leading up to the recruiting season in September. The whole process was smooth and the staff were very friendly.
The interview process was very brief, I'm guessing because they have already made a shortlist of people they are looking to hire during the recruiting events.
First round was a 1 on 1 interview with hr / junior staff - very brief, just 30 minutes. Second round was more intense and involved an interview with a partner and also an interview with senior managers - this took roughly 3 hours. There was zero technical questions and everything was fit-based.
Since Big 4 recruiting is a very regional thing, I recommend you getting to know your local office first and then go from there.
