Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The firm comes to campus to put on events. At these events, you can express interest in interviewing for a winter internship, and subsequently apply online. From there, they will filter through resumes and ask people for initial on campus interviews. At that point, if they like you, they will recommend you to the city of your choice as long as they have an office there. The city you chose will then eventually contact you for a phone interview, and if they like you they will pay your way for an office visit. Usually at that point they will extend you an offer.
