It's a position for oversea student who want to work in China. Thought to be a face to face interview but it turned out to be a Skype interview. One guy worked in New York Office(9 yrs in PWC) conducted the interview and overall it's pretty casual open interview and mainly focused on your resume. But be careful, they will chase to details and be prepared. I screwed it up because there might be too much talking about my entrepreneurial experience and that made people think I may not want to focus on being an good employee. And one thing I don't like is that interviewer
turned his phone into vibrant mode and put that phone on the table. It's so annoying that during the interview, the phone kept vibrating and interrupting the conversation fluency.
