Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Psych test and video interview are the first steps and are automatically released. The process will then take about a month in addition to the HR's manual review of applicants cover letters and resumes. If successful, an invite to attend the firm's assessment centre will then be sent to you, where you will attend a group interview and a 1-1 interview with an associate and partner.
