Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I have applied mid summer (mid July) for a consultant position with PWC advisory financial services in Zuric, within liquidty and funding. Was invited couple of weeks later for an online assessment. This was your typical SHL style test with verbal reasoning, inductive logical thinking and personality questionnaire. After that I have received a call from HR again couple of weeks later saying that the process is taking them a bit longer due to vacations. In the same call I received just a couple of questions on my motivations about the position and how good my knowledge of German is (I have a basic knowledge of it which I stated on CV). After that silence for nearly two months when I get email from HR that they would like me to have a call with senior manager. We scheduled a 30 min call which was very basic with mostly the guy explaining what they are doing etc. In addition I was asked a bit about myself, why I would want to switch jobs, etc. Received a call a week later saying they will proceed with other candidates due to them having more relevant experience in the area as well as knowledge of German language.
