Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Introduced to senior member of Transaction Services through department chair. 1 on 1 call with this individual (~30 minutes), and then "Super Day" which consisted of 3 interviews, each approximately 30 minutes, a tour of the office, and lunch with a senior associate (3+ years). Very quick follow up for offer beginning the following fall (interview in late fall/early winter 2011, began full time work in fall of 2012)
