Fixed Income and Real Estate Analyst

Applied through on campus recruiting. Interviewed with two separate people on campus--an associate and a managing director. Mostly behavioral questions with a couple fit. Also probed my knowledge of the fixed income market a little bit. Overall, a pretty relaxed process, just have answers prepared for behaviorals. The people seemed very professional, and you could tell they felt they were the best the big 4 had to offer.
