What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The overall process was very easy. I applied for the position via the recruiter's email. The first stage was a telephone interview with the HR department comprising of fit questions (e.g: What are your strengths and weaknesses?). Then it moved on to technical questions regarding the department that I was applying to. The phone interview lasted about 45 minutes. After a week I received an email with an offer letter.
