PwC’s interview process typically involves an online application followed by assessments (situational judgement, numerical/logical reasoning, or game-based), then a phone or video screening focused on your motivations and fit with PwC’s values. Strong candidates may be invited to an assessment center or “Superday,” which includes group exercises, case studies, and sometimes technical tests. The final stage is usually a partner or senior manager interview, which is more conversational and tests your commercial awareness, cultural fit, and alignment with the PwC Professional framework. If successful, you’ll receive an offer, with background checks before onboarding.
