Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I initially participated in a preliminary phone interview with a Senior after applying via Boston College's EagleLink Capus Recruiting system. I then participated in two in-person emails at the Campus Career Center, one of which was in the group I had applied for. The interview was mostly behavioral, and focused around why I wanted to work within the specific group. I was not asked any technical questions, brain teasers, or anything remotely similar, and so felt that I was over-prepared. It became pretty evident that this was not a good fit, mutually.
