What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The recruiting process and interview were both very easy. It stated with an on campus information session and resume drop, which lead to an on campus interview. They asked simple behavioral questions and one or two simple accounting technical questions. It was one 30 minute interview. I did not receive an offer for the super day because the position is more suited for someone pursing a CPA.
