UK - London Office specific:
1st step: Application submission: Fill in your high school, university grades plus past working experience
2nd step - Online Tests: SHL Numerical & Logical plus a personality test
3rd step: Assessment centre:
*Group exercise - Each candidate gets their own unique brief and some generic case study materials. They have to work together and find out which brief suits the purpose of the case study best.
*Written exercise: You have to read a case study and summarize the main options a firm faces with regards to a specific matter. Finalize it by coming up with a suggestion
*SHL test resits
4th setp: Final Interview: You will be tested against the 5 core competencies and you have to come up with relevant scenarios from your professional/school experience.
