Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There were three parts in the application process. The first was an OA testing your logic, time management, some simple math problems, and a personality tests. Then it was a group interview with other applicants, where we were all grouped up and given different topics to prep for a debate that was about 10 min long. Lastly it was an 1-on-1 interview with one of the senior managers/partners on stuff like my understanding of the role, my team, the company etc.
