Firstly, I applied online sometime 1-3 months before June when they opened the online application. Almost immediately, they would ask candidates to take a brain teaser test which can even be downloaded on your phone. The format of the brain teaser comes in the form of games / mini-games by Pymetrics. I would say it's not really unique and if you've previously done a psychometrics test before, you shouldn't find the questions to be too surprising. After this, I received a phone call to schedule my 1-on-1 interview via Zoom. During the interview, the person asked a few behavioural questions about why I wanted to join the firm, why I've indicated interest in the chosen field, and whether I could withstand the pressure/stress. Everything took less than a month.
