Please describe the interview / hiring process.
One phone screening with HR, then another one with team member. Two on site interviews and met with 6-7 people in total. First on-site also had a case study and presentation. Case study was given beforehand and you had to write (by hand) the presentation. All questions were expected - typical qualitative + industry knowledge + motivation questions. Before making an offer, beware, HR (or maybe she was intermediary of partner) tried to play hardball with comp - was well below market.
