Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Smooth hiring process, got a call from the HR who did some background screening (behavioural focused).
Then on we went to the partner interview, had two partners interview me. Was a mixture of behavioural and technical, nothing overly complicated, I think they mainly wanted to know if you can solve problems and have the right attitude.
This was for the Audit team, so nothing majorly technical. Although there might be future case studies arising given lack of talent in market.
