Please describe the interview / hiring process.
This was for a diversity program and was pretty standard for a consulting interview! Consisted of 1 superday with 2 interviews, back to back, each one including a case study and behavioral portion. Overall had good support throughout interview process with mentorship with current analyst that was arranged by the recruiter. Cases were also fairly standard profit and market entry and behavioral questions were focused around teamwork, drive, intellectual vitality.
