Initial screening - Biggest question was: why I wanted to join their group. Everything else was just to figure out your personality
Reception - Basically to see your personality (or lack thereof). Best thing to do is to talk to everyone and be friendly. They take notes (even though they say it doesn't count).. or I hear
Final Round - 3 rounds of interview. One was very laid back, one was very behavioral and rigid, and the last was a mix.
