Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I came straight from the Spring 2-day talent academy so was fast tracked to a Partner interview in the London office. The interviewer was from a completely different part of consulting than I was applying for so did not know much about the programme I was interested in / applying for. He had a form with the 'PwC ' framework on it and asked 1 question to assess each one. It was very clear that as soon as I said something that 'checked' a box in that framework area, it was a pass and we moved on. He did seem interested in what I was saying but still felt a bit mechanical. Overall, it was not very difficult. A pure and classic personality based interview with questions on why consulting, why pwc, and examples of times where I'd demonstrated qualities they were looking for. The actual interview probably lasted around 30-40 minutes.
