Please describe the interview / hiring process.
3 weeks after my online application a member of the HR team called me to get more information on my profile, motivation etc.
A week after I received an invitation for a face to face interview with 2 Managers. Interview questions were a mix of general corporate finance and basic knowledge about Transfer Pricing.
- How could you finance a subsidiary of a US based firm in Europe
- What is the arm's length principle ?
It lasted approx one hour and the atmosphere was rather "cool". Received the offer the day after.
