Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview process involved the standard SHL testing, a phone interview and then a group interview.
The group interview involved 2 case studies and a 1 on 1 interview. The two case studies were relatively easy and a large weighting was placed on how much conviction you had when advising the company.
The staff were really laid back, friendly and easy to get along with. The new Perth office was quite impressive as well.
