Phone interview - relatively straightforward; fit, interest, competency, qualifications (ACA) questions
Interview day - numerical, verbal and logical reasoning tests, a written exercise on your recommendation after reviewing four or five biscuit manufacturers proposals, an hour's interview with senior (Partner in my case) and group exercise consisting of reviewing business case materials and presenting to everyone (seniors, juniors and HR).
