Contact trough employee in audit division. Employee told me who to contact to ask for internship. Send my resumé and motivation to HR and get invited for an interview by two managers.
First they asked personal questions about general background, education, intrests...
After that technical questions about specific accounting terms. If I was familiar with IFRS and to explain it for example.
Asked to explain a recent accounting/finance event that came in the news
Couple of weeks later got a message that I was accepted.
