PwC Interviews consist of two rounds. The first round is a purely behavioral interview - if you are deemed a fit with company culture, you will advance to the second round. The second round consists of 3 interviews - 2 behavioral, and 1 case. The behavioral interviews are identical to the Round 1 interview, but the case is a presentation setting. You are given information about a company two days in advance, as well as general topics to consider. Then the morning of your interview, you are given a list of questions and 45 minutes to prepare a presentation (written, on paper). There is a 30 minute "case" interview, during which you will present to a director or MD/Partner the facts of the case, while they assume a client persona.
