Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Skills Test
Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter/talent manager. Take home modeling test. Then 2 virtual interviews with Directors. Final interview in office with Senior Director. All the interviewers were great and the recruiter really helped push me along in the process and definitely had my back throughout the entire process.

The modeling test was interesting. Partial modeling of cashflows and then cost accounting questions. Overall I would describe it as easy to medium if you have an accounting background. I could see it being harder for people who are more finance oriented.
Interview Questions
No real unexpected questions asked. None of the interviews were behavioral/technical in nature. They would ask walk be through your experience, and then the interviews would just turn into a conversation about what projects I have worked on, my background, and any questions I had for them.
