What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The first round consisted of an HR phone screener. This was to get a basic sense of the role and an overview of the process.
Second round consisted of a 3-Statement modeling assessment that was done remotely. Candidates get 2.5 hours to complete.
The third round consisted of a review of the three statement modeling assessment and some time for behavioral questions.
The fourth round / final round was with the head of the practice and was completely behavioral. The main question to prepare for is "walk me through your resume". If you land that well, the rest is just a conversation.
