Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview started with a form that listed two companies, and their financial metrics. Key data included ev/ebitda, PE, PB and mkt cap + EV. Had to choose one and justify choice. There were only subtle differences in return on capital, which may be the key to the answer.
The second round was a 1:1 interview covering global macro, portfolio construction, a stock pitch, a few random questions (e.g. "how do you adjust EV for minorities and associates").
The final round was a modelling test and pitch. 6 hours given.
