Applied online on the website. I had to submit a resume and cover letter and answer 8 questions about my motivations, past experiences, my interest for the company and the equity team in particular. After a few days I got invited to complete 2 online tests (inductive reasoning and quantitative). After a few weeks I had to complete an online video interview which consisted in 8 questions about my motivations and basic finance/investment skills. You have 1 minute to prepare your answer and 2 minutes to talk. It is pretty unsettling but with a bit of preparation it is actually "easier" than a real face-to-face interview. You can find comprehensive lists of questions from last years on the internet and you should definitely prepare answers for them.
